7 Days No Question Asked Refund Policy
At prepebooks, we prioritize customer satisfaction. To ensure a seamless experience, we offer a No Question Asked Refund Policy for all our digital products, including Live Classes, Video Courses, Test Series, and Ebooks. The policy applies to our products and is subject to certain terms and conditions, including delivery issues or delivery of defective products. Please note that refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

1. Digital Products Refund Policy
Applies to: Live Classes, Video Courses, Test Series, Ebooks
Refund Window:
- Live Classes: Request a refund within 7 days from the date the class starts.
- Video Courses, Test Series, Ebooks: Eligible for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Refund requests after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Processing such requests may take up to 15 working days at the discretion of prepebooks.
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at prepebooks2@gmail.com within the eligible refund period.
- Provide Order Information: Include your Order ID, purchase date, and the name of the product.
- Processing Time: Once confirmed, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on bank holidays.
General Guidelines for All Products
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on bank holidays.
- Refund Method: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. We do not process refunds to alternative accounts or in cash.
- Partial Refund Requests: For digital products, if a substantial portion has been accessed, a partial refund may be offered.
- Cancellation vs. Refund: Customers wishing to cancel a purchase before accessing any content or before the live class begins may still be eligible for a full refund within the refund window.
